Just did an inventory of all the beer we've been stashing. Whoa and stuff...

Uinta BC XVI Anniversary Barleywine
Bridgeport Hop Czar Imperial IPA
Terminal Gravity Brewing IPA
Sand Diego County Session Ale (Stone/Kelsey McNair/Ballast Point collaboration ale)
Russion River Temptation
North Coast BC Old Stock Ale

When I run the numbers, that is approx. 60 pints waiting to be consumed. Will make swift work of the growler'd ale but in regards to the rest, we are really going to have to get on the PBF's @ home. I see the makings for a few 'style' nights, then a bunch of other random drinking and blogging. We might have to bring in some peeps to help out.

"Write drunk, edit sober."
thus is the decree of the beer blogger

My shopping list for Friday when Basil & I hit up World Beers @ Tacoma Pipe & Tobacco:
DFH Namaste
DFH Olde School Barleywine
New Belgium 2 Below (it's the last year they are producing it)
Sierra Nevada 30th Anniversary Reserve Grand Cru
Stone Double Bastard (want to compare the bottle vs. on tap variety as I am a virgina & never experienced the Double Bastard)

One of MGD's favorite brewing companies is Sierra Nevada. I believe I liked what I've tried of theirs but I want to do a full on tasting of their offerings to see what's so special about it. Those are the PBF goals as of now (my goals, I'll make others help me with them), perhaps shoot for once a week to make a dent:
Dogfish Head Tasting (maybe invite some DFH virgins)
IPA Tasting (A Hoppy Home PBF)
Barleywine Festival (the do-it-yourself variety)
Sierra Nevada

Wish me luck, as I go forth and attempt to conquer all that I've been hoarding.
